a45a Terms and Conditions – User Agreement
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the a45a platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all users accessing a45a from the Philippines and other permitted jurisdictions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the a45a platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and a45a with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein. a45a reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Limit
Access to a45a is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming.
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.
a45a reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a user is found to be underage, the account will be suspended immediately, any winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at the platform's discretion in accordance with applicable law.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one registered account on a45a. Creating multiple accounts, including accounts under different names or contact details, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. a45a will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify a45a immediately through the support contact available in your account dashboard. Account verification may be required before processing withdrawals or changing sensitive account details.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using a45a, you agree to the following obligations and usage rules:
- You will use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or provides an unfair advantage.
- You will not attempt to exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems. Any such attempt must be reported to support immediately, and exploiting known errors is grounds for account termination.
- You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity in connection with sports betting or casino games.
- You will not use the platform for any money laundering activity or to circumvent financial regulations applicable in the Philippines.
- You will not make chargebacks on deposits without prior resolution through a45a's support process.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All transactions on a45a are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor. a45a does not guarantee that any particular payment method will be available at all times.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. a45a reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal request. Standard processing times apply; VIP members receive prioritised processing as described in the VIP program terms.
Bonus credits are subject to separate wagering requirements outlined in each promotion's terms. Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is only permitted after applicable wagering requirements have been met. a45a reserves the right to void winnings obtained through the exploitation of bonus terms or system errors.
a45a does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits found to originate from third parties may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
a45a provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain platform uptime and accuracy, a45a does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. a45a shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
All content on the a45a platform, including but not limited to logos, interface design, game interfaces, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of a45a or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. a45a does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Accessing third-party services from the platform is done at your own risk.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
a45a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, a45a may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Accounts closed at the user's own request will have remaining real-money balances processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of a45a that cannot be resolved through our support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
